The participants are expected to participate in the Conference in person.

The full registration fee for the participants covers conference materials, attendance to all Sessions, Tutorials and Events, lunches and coffee-breaks, and Conference Dinner (not included in all types of fees; an additional fee of 120,00 € is due for participants and accompanying persons willing to attend the Conference Dinner).

Only one paper per registration is allowed. Dedicated rates are available for participants with no registered paper.

The authors of the accepted papers must register in advance (before 31 July 2024) by selecting a Full (IEEE/AEIT Member or Non Member) or a Student Registration Fee for inclusion in the conference programme. One Day Registration Fee does not cover the publication cost for accepted papers.

The accepted papers have to be presented at the conference. No–shows will be removed from post-conference distribution and will not be proposed for publication in IEEE Xplore or other public-access IEEE forums.

Cancellation policy: All cancellations or refund requests must be made in writing by e-mail to the IEEE RTSI 2024 Secretariat (rtsi2024@ieeesezioneitalia.it). Fifty percent (50%) refund of the amount received by the Secretariat as stated in the original receipt will be given to cancellations received on or before 31 July 2024. NO REFUNDS will be given for cancellations received after 31 July 2024. The refund will be processed only after the conference.

Gala Dinner is not included for student attendee registration without papers and for one day registration.
